Cartrawler has a 48 hours timelimit to cancel your request depending on availabilities 

Payment will necessarily be made with a credit card in the name of the driver. Cartrawler will charge a small amount as deposit and the rest will be charged after the return of the car. 

When picking up the car you have to have with you a credit card (NOT debit), because debit cards are not accepted by the car rentals.

Our company's call center is more than willing to serve you for renting a car. Phone bookings do not take place through cartrawler and there might be differences in prices.
